Burgundy’s most underrated village, in my opinion. This stunning Chardonnay offers layers of creamy butters with a hint of honey; the acidity is balanced to perfection.
2017 –Domaine Nicholas Rossignol
The 2017 is now drinking so well with undertones of red cherry fruit; this well-balanced red offers low tannins and can be served slightly chilled. Pair this with delicate savoury dishes or even your Sunday roast lamb… This wine does not disappoint!
