A double fermented Sparkling Rosé – a blend of 50% Shiraz and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon – offering a juicy watermelon front flavour the hint of cranberries and pomegranate burst though. The floral undertones linger on the palate. This bubble was awarded double gold at the South African Wine Championship in 2020.
