R & J Wines shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this website. We do not warrant that the website is free from errors or viruses.
Orders
All wines are sold as seen and in good faith, wherever possible we will be as accurate as possible to the described product. From time to time a product may be changed or modified. Note you have a right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. R & J Fine Wines will refund the invoiced amount minus £50.00 for admin fee once the goods have been returned .The cost of returning any goods remain with you the purchaser. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Minimum Order & Deliveries
There is no minimum order quantity in terms of bottles. All orders of less than 15 bottles will incur a post and package charge of a minimum £9.99. All orders of 15 bottles or more will be delivered FREE of charge within mainland England and Wales.
For orders delivered to Scotland, Ireland or Isle of man please get in touch for delivery price as these are varied.
Payments…
Only orders paid for will be delivered unless otherwise agreed. At present we except two forms of payment, by bank transfer BACS or by using the card machine known as sum up. This allows you to pay by credit card, debit card or secure transfer.
Licensing Laws
You must by law be over the age of 18 to place any order on this website. No persons under the age of 18 can collect or accept deliveries. We at all times encourage sensible drinking as excessive alcohol can damage your health.
Governing Law
These terms and Conditions are governed by law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
